Weight loss. Only two little words and yet the concept of losing weight has become a huge concern in the world today. These two little words can invoke different emotions in us. Fear. Loathing. Anger. Dread. To name but a few.

It wasn’t because there were too many calories in the pre-packaged, pre-calculated, pre-measured diet meal. It is because too often, we are trying to walk this road alone and when “life happens” and the stress hits at just the wrong time and in the wrong way, we crumble. We’re doing this alone. No one encouraging us in our journey to better health and no strategy to make it past those frequent instances where we just don’t have it in us to fight the temptation to eat the “old way” or to skip our workout.
