Kristine will help you manage menopause by providing you with a holistic and individualised approach to nutrition and lifestyle. She is a Naturopath, experienced Health & Wellness Coach and Certified Metabolic Balance practitioner who will work with you one on one to identify the menopausal symptoms you’re struggling with the most, break down negative behaviours, overcome obstacles and create lasting changes.
