SWEET ENOUGH MATCHA LATTE
Here’s a quick and easy way to get a hit of antioxidants. Naturally sweet and totally delicious!
A naturally sweetened pick-me-up you can sip on guilt-free
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1.5 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- Heat almond milk and honey/maple syrup (if using) in a small pot
- Add matcha powder to cup
- When milk is hot, add about 1/4 of the milk to the cup and stir to combine
- Add the remainder of the milk to the cup
- Serve and enjoy!
Tip: You can steep a chai tea bag in the milk if you prefer chai tea over matcha
