My Approach
During a coaching session, your experienced wellness coach will discuss with you the aspects of your life you feel you’d like to change, what would make you happier and how you can best achieve it. Your coach will help you to identify your wellness and lifestyle goals; you’ll discuss past successes and failures, as well as known & potential obstacles and negative behaviours (and how to best combat them in the future). By working together, you and your coach will break down your desired lifestyle changes into achievable short and mid-term goals. This will set you up for both immediate and long term success and lasting change, wellness & happiness.
